The VIFC remains in control of the concession at all times and reserves the right to open or not at their discretion. The VIFC must be notified of all out-of-house catering and all caterers used at the VIFC must be fully insured.
In the case that our concession must be closed to accommodate a rental event, we will require a $60 concession buy-out fee. Special request concession openings are subject to a $60 guarantee.

The VIFC is currently applying for a permanent liquor license. All rentals occurring before this license is obtained must apply for their own Special Occasions License and abide by all rules and regulations therein contained.
