Rental Options | Concession Services

The VIFC remains in control of the concession at all times and reserves the right to open or not at their discretion. The VIFC must be notified of all out-of-house catering and all caterers used at the VIFC must be fully insured.

In the case that our bar/concession must be closed to accommodate a rental event, we will require a $100 bar/concession buy-out fee. Special request concession openings are subject to a $100 guarantee.

The VIFC has a permanent liquor license to serve beer & wine (evenings only). Alcohol will be served nightly including on rentals unless the renter wishes to buy out the bar/concession and run their own bar. Renters must apply for their own Special Occasions License and abide by all rules and regulations therein contained. For further information on applying for a Special Occasion Licensing please go to http://www.pssg.gov.bc.ca/lclb/applicants/sol/rules.htm.  Renters must also take out General Liability Insurance ($2,000,000 in coverage).
